Project Consultation Report Services
A “Project Consultation Report” (PCR) is an unbiased inspection performed by our U-CSL license holder, followed by a written report that may include action items, costs, evaluations of existing conditions, and safety or building code compliances. Reports are returned in 48 hours or less. Perfect for new home buyers & sellers, real estate professionals, complex or multiple construction projects, or inherited properties.
who is it for?
Scout & Associates general contracting has developed “Project Consultation Report” services for future clients not ready to build, home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, people who have inherited a home that needs lots of work, or for people who are in need of direction on multiple or complex construction projects.
What does it include?
A site visit by myself the U-CSL license holder. A brief report of existing conditions, including logical proposed courses of action based on existing conditions. This report is solely based on my professional experiences and code knowledge. Any prices given reflect average reasonable fair market values to be expected based on the given proposed course of action. Any pricing provided is for planning purposes only. This report is based solely on superficial visual observation & minor physical inspections.
How to get started…
A flat fee of $250 is due upon site visit.
Cash, check or credit card are all accepted.
*Fees are waived if consultations convert into a contract to build with Scout & Associates.
