A Project Consultation Report or Property Consultation Report is an unbiased inspection performed by Greg Halle, or one of his highly-trained general contractors (all of whom are CSL license holders), followed by a written report that may include action items, costs, evaluations of existing conditions, and safety or building code compliances. Perfect for new home buyers & sellers, real estate professionals, complex or multiple construction projects, or inherited properties.

PROJECT CONSULTATION REPORT

How Much Does A CONSULTATION REPORT Cost

PROJECT CONSULTATION, $350

This includes a 1 hour max on site visit with our CSL licensed design and build contractor. You will receive a verbal assessment & a written report detailing the findings and discussions from the onsite visit. Price is based on projects at properties 2,000 sq/ft or less.

 

Property Consultation, $350

This includes a 1 hour max on site visit with our CSL licensed design and build contractor. You will receive a verbal assessment & a written report detailing the findings and discussions from the onsite visit. Price is based on properties 2,500 sq/ft or less.

RUSH FEE, $100

Real-Estate reports can be scheduled and generated in 48hr or less for an additional fee.

Homes larger than 2,500 sq/ft

Each additional 500 ft will cost an added $75 to the consultation price

Written Report by licensed General contractor INCLUDED

A written report is included with both project & property consultations. This report will include:

  • A list of existing conditions

  • Any issues found during the onsite consultation visit

  • Details of physical inspection findings

  • Logical proposed courses of action

  • Related costs based on information given and gathered

Any prices given reflect average reasonable fair market values to be expected based on the given proposed course of action. Any pricing provided is for planning purposes only. This report is based solely on superficial visual observation & minor physical inspections. This report is not a bid for hire. Reports will be provided as a PDF via email no more than 7 business days after the onsite inspection.
