OWNER & OPERATOR

I have a passion for helping people make equitable improvements to their home and adding value with their construction projects. I do this by being ethical & professional as a builder and a person. In the last 10 years of my career I have been on a mission focused solely on getting, maintaining, and growing my skills and knowledge in the field of construction and real estate. My experience includes commercial property maintenance & management, hospitality design, real estate investing, and owning & operating several multi-million dollar small businesses. As a 4th generation builder, I've been gaining empirical trade knowledge from a very young age.

Ten years may not sound like a lot of time in the field, but my small team of skilled employees has a combined 60+ years in the trades. Our projects range from historical homes from the late 1600's to present day. We always have one foot in the old world and the other in the new. My U-CSL unrestricted construction supervisor license is the hardest building license to acquire, and it allows Scout & Associates to work on a wide range of projects from commercial to residential. Outside the field of construction I am a proud father to my two children, I love being in the great outdoors, I am a huge Celtics fan, and I have a degree from Framingham State University in Business Administration.

Fun Fact: Greg was part of Troop 6 in Beverly and is a proud Eagle Scout.
The “Scout” in Scout & Associates is because he is an Eagle Scout.
